Our first physical store opens in 2023, signing a 10-year lease for our flagship retail space at 354 Oxford Street, London.Role Overview Reports ToHead of MarketingAs our Retoucher, you’ll be responsible for editing high-quality still-life, campaigns and ecommerce photography that inspires our customer and showcases our unique designs, details and premium product offering. Acting as a gatekeeper for our image output, you’ll possess strong technical skills and a portfolio which demonstrates your flair for creative imagery and visual identity. Working alongside Marketing and Creative, you’ll work on a range of exciting and varying projects, upholding a meticulous attention to detail in and amongst a busy workload, to continuously drive forward the look and feel of the brand.The Day to DayEfficiently manage imagery requirements across the business, delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.Collaborate with the team and act as a visual guardian, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all imagery output.Create compelling imagery that adheres to our strong visual identity, for ecommerce (model & still-life), social, campaigns and beyond.Maintain a strong understanding of bestselling products to ensure unique selling points are highlighted (fabrics, fit, details and functionality).Brief freelance support as and when required.You Should Apply IfA minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Retoucher role or similar.Strong retouching skills, including colour grading and experience in quality control.Advanced knowledge in image manipulation.Proficient in Adobe Creative Studio and Capture One.A keen interest in creative and visual identity.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of creative output are maintained.A positive and collaborative work ethic, with the ability to work in a team and under own initiative.An awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape and market trends.A portfolio of work demonstrating your experience to date.The Interview ProcessStage 1 – Internal Recruiter call (15 mins)Stage 2 – Initial chat (30 mins).
