The Role
We are looking for Pre-Academy Coaches on a casual, part-time basis. You will oversee and deliver training and games programmes for the Under 6 - Under 8 age groups at our Academy, working closely with support departments to ensure both on and off field success.

Your day-to-day
1. Design and present coaching strategies, delivering coaching programmes for all players in our Academy and ensuring implementation within agreed timescales.
2. Prepare and submit player appraisals ahead of discussions with our Recruitment Coordinator, as required for the Elite Player Performance Plan.
3. Produce critical documentation, including session plans, match and attendance reports, and reviews.
4. Manage our Academy equipment efficiently, maintaining high standards.
5. Conduct player reviews, collaborating with our Recruitment Coordinator and holding meetings with players, parents/guardians, and coaches.
6. Participate in future-focused discussions with our Recruitment team to define retention and release strategies.
What We Are Looking For
1. Credible coaching qualifications such as UEFA B Licence, Advanced Youth Award, UEFA A Licence, or UEFA Pro Licence.
2. Excellent communication skills, capable of building impactful relationships with parents/guardians, coaches, and players of varying ages.
3. Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in producing insightful reports and delivering clear verbal feedback.
