Job Summary
This role is for a receptionist/administrative position at Brook Sexual Health Cornwall located in Truro/Pool, with occasional coverage of Newquay. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our clinics, providing excellent communication and administrative support in a busy reception environment. There is some evening and weekend work.

Salary: £26,227 per annum
(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)
Responsibilities
* Serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors to the clinics.
* Manage front‑desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
* Write, manage and distribute correspondence.
* Operate and maintain computer systems for data entry, information retrieval, and record keeping.
Qualifications
* Previous receptionist or administrative experience.
* Experience of managing and writing correspondence.
* Experience of word processing and inputting and retrieving information from a computer system.
* GCSEs or equivalent in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
