We are currently partnering with a Housing Association in Derbyshire, who are recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join their growing team on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of pay of £18 via an Umbrella company and the start date is as soon as possible.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Carrying out regular home visits, welfare checks, and housing-related assessments
2. Supporting residents to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life throughout the village
3. Completing, reviewing, and updating support plans and risk assessments while maintaining accurate digital records
4. Responding promptly to housing issues, emergencies, and participating in out-of-hours callouts when required
5. Working collaboratively with managers, colleagues, care providers, and external agencies to meet resident needs
6. Coordinating and overseeing repairs, maintenance, and other property-related matters
7. Encouraging resident engagement, participation, and involvement in estate-based activities
8. Monitoring health, safety, and safeguarding concerns and escalating issues in line with organisational policies
9. Supporting residents with benefits, budgeting, and housing-related advice to help sustain tenancies
Experience required:
10. Experience working in a supported living, housing, care, or community-based setting
11. A background supporting vulnerable adults, including older people and/or individuals with additional support needs
12. Expertise in identifying and responding to safeguarding, health, and safety concerns in line with policy and procedure
Working hours:
13. 35 hours per week
14. Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
15. One weekend worked every three weeks
