What You’ll Be Doing You'll work closely with our HR Manager and HR Advisors to deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects. You’ll: Manage a personal caseload of employee-relations issues Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements Mentor and support HR Advisors Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the businessYour Journey Starts in Halesowen You’ll begin your journey at our People Services Centre in Halesowen, where you'll immerse yourself in our values, culture, and team.
