This role provides a chance to join Experis’ growing Academy division, where you will be trained and developed while representing Experis on a leading engineering account. You will support Project Planning activities within a delivery environment and collaborate with like-minded professionals to solve complex problems in the nuclear and infrastructure sectors.
As part of the programme, you will receive training, tools, and experience in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M). Training will cover project management, planning, controls, Primavera (planning/scheduling tool), and Excel, along with soft skills such as negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. The training involves scenario-based workshops for practical application.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Implementing and maintaining project structures
* Developing and maintaining the integrated project schedule
* Aligning scheduling tools with financial and material demand systems
* Providing regular status updates and metrics on the schedule's impact
* Creating resource/cost-loaded schedules for financial and project status reporting

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proactive approach to identifying potential issues
* Commitment to high-quality work and continuous learning
* Experience in a delivery-focused environment within engineering, project, or construction management
