We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person with a passion for fitness and good people skills to join our fantastic team In the ORIDA Health Maidstone. Level 2 Fitness instructor qualification is essential for this role.

As a fitness instructor/ leisure assistant you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our health club members as well as hotel guests. Level 2 Fitness instructor qualification is essential. Any additional training needed will be provided.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
* Assist visitors (members and hotel guests) with direction and understanding of the facilities.
* Keeping the area in a clean and tidy condition.
* Running gym inductions
* If qualified, assisting with personalized fitness programs
* Running fitness classes
* Assisting with pool management
* Creating a fun and active experience
* Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard
* Communicating to members and hotel guests in a professional friendly manner
* Carrying out some admin tasks
This is a casual position, with shifts depending on business needs.
