* An academic qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Ideally accredited by the Engineering Council to work toward a professional qualification
* Relevant post-qualification engineering design experience and project delivery in residential, energy and commercial sectors, including pre-planning or post-planning detailed design. Understanding of S104, S38 and S278 agreements
* A minimum of three years’ post-graduate experience expected
* Experience in civil engineering infrastructure modelling software – ideally Civil 3D or comparable (e.g. PDS, OpenRoads); some AutoCAD experience essential
* Experience of drainage design tools such as InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage or Flow
* Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools
* Experience in resource or commercial management on projects
* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with an interest in innovative solutions
* The ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet project timescales
* Availability to travel to sites and offices within the UK; a driving licence is helpful but not essential
