This newly created role of Head of Quality, Governance & Assurance is an exciting opportunity to join our senior leadership team at an important stage in Vernova's development. Working closely with the Chief Executive and service clinical leads, you will shape and strengthen Vernova's organisation-wide approach to governance, patient safety, compliance and assurance. In doing so, you will help ensure our services remain safe, effective, responsive and continuously improving as we grow.

Main duties of the job
The Head of Quality, Governance & Assurance is a senior leadership role responsible for leading Vernova Healthcare CIC's organisation-wide approach to quality, governance, patient safety, compliance and assurance. The post holder will ensure robust, proportionate systems are in place to support safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led services, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and learning.
The post holder will be responsible for organisational governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and quality improvement, ensuring Vernova maintains high standards of clinical care and patient satisfaction.
