Job Title: Temporary Billing Administrator
Location: Blaby, Leicestershire
Contract: Temporary (until at least end of January 2026, potential to extend)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
My client, a well-established business based in Blaby, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. This role will run until at least the end of January, with the potential to be extended.
You will play a key role in supporting the finance and administration team, ensuring that all billing and invoicing processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Duties:
1. Processing customer invoices and credit notes
2. Checking data for accuracy and ensuring all information is correctly entered
3. Managing billing queries and resolving discrepancies
4. Assisting with month-end invoicing and reporting
5. Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
6. General administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Previous experience within an administration role
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
9. Good communication and organisational skills
10. Confident using Excel
11. Able to work independently as well as part of a team
