Role: Property Inspector
Location: Reading
Hours/Shift: hours per week
VPS are a security solutions company within the vacant property, site security, and traffic management markets. The Head office, based in Manchester, has its own in-house Innovation Centre, and a world-class video monitoring station that supports both the UK and European operations across the whole Group.
As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections on a daily basis and report on all issues found on site. You will then provide and collate photographic evidence. You will ensure that all inspections are done on time, and to a high standard.

What we are looking for:
1. SIA License (ideally)Full UK Driving Licence
2. Strong IT skills
3. Excellent communication skills are essential both orally and written
4. Able to communicate at all levels both face to face and over the telephone.
5. Management of people and processes
6. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
7. Ability to present self in a professional manner when dealing with the customers and clients of the business.
