What you will do
* Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy.
* Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well‑written marketing plan.
* Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors.
* Share marketing intelligence and information with the team.
* Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing.
* Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity.
* Demonstrate financial acumen.
* Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business.
* Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
* Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures.
* Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development.
* Hold the team accountable to deliver high‑quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 8+ years of work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired)
* MBA preferred.
* 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred.
* 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
* Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
* Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
