We are working with a supportive and inclusive mainstream primary school in Sale (M33) to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, including Autism, Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The Role: Supporting individual pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, adapting learning resources and strategies to meet individual needs. Providing emotional and behavioural support to pupils with Autism, SPLD, and PMLD. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure consistent and inclusive support. Assisting with personal care and mobility, when required. Contributing to a safe and nurturing learning environment that encourages independence and progress. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience supporting children with Autism, SPLD, and/or PMLD in a school or specialist setting.
