Sales Advisor Location: Glasgow, G4 0HR Salary: £25,315 plus bonus scheme Contract: Full time, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm Sales Advisor – Benefits

Sales Advisor - The Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of training courses to new, current, and lapsed accounts via inbound calls, outbound calls and email. Product knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and reaching our team goals. Duties will include:
* Making outbound calls to new and existing customers offering our workplace training and supplies products and services.
* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers at the same time identifying key decision makers within the business.
* Research and target potential new business customers generating new business leads and sales opportunities.
* Maximise opportunities on all calls to cross and upsell both training courses and supplies products.
* Prepare and present customer quotes, proposals and presentations using all available sales materials.
* Build and manage a strong and successful sales pipeline.
* Expand your professional network through the strategic use of LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
* Maintain accurate and up to date customer records including sales opportunities on our Training Management System. Sales Advisor – The Candidate:
* Standard and Higher Grades including English and Mathematics
* Minimum of two years B2B sales experience
* Experience in outbound calling and generating your own sales leads
* Experience in successfully achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
* PC Literate and confident in the use of all Microsoft Applications
* Numerate and data literate with good written and oral communication skills
