Were seeking an inspirational leader to drive the future of our brand strategy across O2, Virgin Media, and Virgin Media O2. Youll be responsible for shaping the brands long-term vision, ensuring the growth, protection, and unique positioning of our portfolio across multiple product categories. Working closely with senior stakeholders and shareholders, you will coordinate brand architecture, identity, and all major branding initiatives, from core products to service experiences.
In this role, youll be the guardian of our brands purpose, values, and personality, driving consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. Youll lead brand development across Fixed, Mobile, and FMC divisions, influencing TTL campaigns and ensuring brand standards are implemented across the business. Handling a significant brand budget and leading a dynamic team, youll ensure the brands impact is felt both internally and externally while fostering a culture of brand education and training across 15,000+ employees.
As a strategic brand advocate, youll nurture customer-centric thinking, drive brand innovation, and deliver memorable brand experiences that align with our dedication to DE&I, accessibility, and sustainability. Youll be responsible for the creative studio and production teams, lead senior relationships, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver groundbreaking brand initiatives. Leading a high-performing team, youll inspire talent development and ensure the flawless delivery of world-class creative work across all brand channels.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Demonstrable experience of being accountable and responsible for upholding brand standards and guardianship
* Established experience of handling agencies and creative teams
* Highly organised with a strong focus on delivery and excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong strategic problem solver with the ability to react tactically and navigate multiple stakeholders with differing opinions
* Proven history of brand strategy direction and development knowledge

* Experience of B2B/SoHo brand environments
* Knowledge of managing licensed brands
* Proficiency in customer journeys
* Strong competence in brand measurement
