About the Role As a Work Planner, youll play a key part in the success of a busy maintenance service by: Scheduling and coordinating repairs for a mobile workforce. Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and work is completed right first time. Maintaining clear communication with engineers, customers, and internal teams. Supporting efforts to achieve 100% service compliance. Contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and reduced avoidable contact. What Youll Bring Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (preferably within maintenance or construction). Strong organisational skills with a knack for efficient planning and multitasking. Great communication skills and confidence to make decisions under pressure. High attention to detail and solid IT skills (including MS Office). A resilient, enthusiastic approach and a "can-do" attitude.
