About the role
This role plays a key part in driving business growth by supporting both marketing and sales functions. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility across the UK & Ireland, generating and qualifying leads, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Role and Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Assist in delivering marketing campaigns that increase visibility of Viessmann across the UK & Ireland, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand values and positioning
2. Cooperate with marketing support functions across other business areas, to further improve local activities and exchange best practice
3. Monitor KPIs, industry developments, competitors and report the results internally
Lead Generation Responsibilities:
4. Review, assess, and qualify incoming leads from multiple channels (website, campaigns, events), ensuring they meet agreed criteria before passing to the sales team.
5. Engage with prospective customers and partners through calls, emails, and Salesforce CRM workflows to nurture interest and progress leads through the funnel.
6. Maintain and update lead and customer data in Salesforce CRM systems, ensuring high data quality and providing insights for marketing and sales optimisation.
7. Assist in the launch and monitoring of lead generation campaigns, tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
8. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales or partner contacts
9. Support the conversion of marketing leads into sales-ready opportunities through structured follow-up and nurturing
10. Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing / Sales / Installers and other campaign team members
11. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and engagement activities
12. Support lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting processes
13. Ensure compliance with data handling and GDPR requirements
14. Track personal performance metrics such as call volumes, conversion rates, and qualified leads generated
15. Clearly communicate key value propositions, products, and partner offerings during outbound engagement
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between £19,800.00-£37,200.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
