What You’ll Be Doing As a Paraplanner at PMM, you’ll be at the heart of our client service delivery. You’ll work closely with our advisers to help business owners, professionals, and retirees navigate their financial futures. Your role will include: • Researching products, funds, and financial solutions to support tailored advice. • Preparing suitability reports and documentation for client meetings. • Highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement in client portfolios. • Supporting compliance through pre-sale checks and project work. • Driving innovation by contributing to improve team efficiency. • Working with AI software to prepare research and advice. Your Experience Our ideal candidate will: • Have 2 years’ experience in paraplanning. • Have Financial Planning Qualifications or actively working towards it. • Hold GCSEs (Grade C/5) in Maths and English. • Be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally financial planning tools and systems. • Be open to using AI tools to enhance productivity. • Have experience in pension switches, group pensions, cashflow modelling, investment advice, Protection advice, inheritance tax and more.
