Senior Associate – Real Estate Finance - National Law Firm - Belfast
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Finance practice in Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-quality, varied pipeline of real estate finance transactions, acting on both borrower and lender-side matters across a broad range of sectors. The Opportunity
You will advise across the full transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents (LMA and non-LMA), intercreditor arrangements and related finance documentation. With a consistent flow of work, this role provides a strong platform to take on matter leadership, supervise junior lawyers and play an active role in client development initiatives.
The team works in close partnership with real estate colleagues, delivering a seamless, integrated service on both investment and development finance matters, often with a multi-jurisdictional dimension.
The Ideal Candidate
* 5–6 years’ PQE with strong real estate finance experience
* Experience advising lenders, borrowers, investors and intermediaries
* Confident managing transactions and supervising junior team members
* Proactive, commercially minded and collaborative
