An exciting opportunity has come up for an assistant manager to join a well-loved premium accessories brand in one of its flagship locations in Selfridges!
This is a new role for the business, so a role to really make your own.
The role:
•Support the store manager in driving KPIs within the team
•Be a brand champion, utilising training and development within the team
•Lead from the front with customer service
•Support with all back office functions and VM duties
The person:
•Previous experience as an assistant manager, or a well-established supervisor
•Fully flexible across the week, to do early, mid and late shifts
•Experience with premium products is desirable
•Excellent customer service and communication skills
In return there is a competitive salary up to £36,000 plus up to £2,000 extra for completing specialist training. There is also commission and a uniform allowance on top.
