Location : Manchester Role : Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Contract : Full time, 12 Month FTC Job Description | Senior Quality Assurance Auditor The Team The purpose of this role is to support the QA Team Leaders in leading and developing the QA Auditors, as well as complete independent and consistent file reviews to ensure fee earners are adhering to Clyde & Co Performance standards and ensuring that we are delivering service excellence for our clients by compliance with Service Level Agreements. The jobholder will be responsible for reviewing and checking accuracy of QA reporting, coaching QA Auditors, providing feedback to fee earners and partners, identifying improvement areas and helping to develop a culture of Continuous Improvement. Key Responsibilities Support the QA Team Leaders & Manager in developing a high performance culture within the QA team in order to achieve operational objectives and improve overall staff engagement. Identify appropriate solutions to aid development and drive improvements in order continuously improve the productivity and achievements of the QA team Assist the QA Team Leaders in reviewing the quality of the teams completed audit reports, checking for accuracy, factual content and identification of improvements, as well as ensuring 100% compliance to all internal QA case management requirements Support the QA Team Leaders by providing analysis of reports on the performance of all insurance practice business lines, providing opinions and ideas for improvements across all areas, working closely with the team and the improvement analysts to drive improvements forward. Assist the QA Team Leaders in the delivery of continuous improvement to the UK Insurance Practice, to include but not limited to, recommending improvements and designing and delivering training, tracking actions of team members and stakeholders, arranging workshops and leading meetings Complete client file reviews to monitor adherence to SLA's and internal performance standards using the internal audit database or client specific documents as appropriate. Work with Partners to deliver feedback in a constructive manner to fee earners either by way of one to one meetings or department/team group feedback sessions. Tracking the completion of remedial action where identified and ensuring the actions are effective and are implemented in a timely manner. Work with the IT team and other stakeholders to develop the efficiency of the systems in extracting data for ease of production of audit reports. Review and prepare files for Client audits delivering timely feedback to the Client Account Partner ahead of the audit for all appropriate rectification work to be affected. Manage all ad hoc audit requests from QA Manager and Team Leaders in a thorough and timely manner, ensuring that each request is managed in line with business critical demands and recorded within the QA database. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of the business Identifying own training needs and development areas and discussing these with your QA Team Leader. Essential Skills & Experience Excellent knowledge of insurance litigation processes Experience within an insurance claims related environment (preferably Insurer based or legal services) Strong Quality Assurance knowledge to include internal processes and IT systems Knowledge and experience of the application of continuous improvement methods, preferably including LEAN/ six sigma methodology Strong IT and data analysis skills, ability to create dashboards of QA data results for performance analysis.
