AFTERSALES MANAGER – West Sussex.
SALARY £35k plus bonus
My client, a busy main dealer based in your area is looking to recruit a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established team.
Are you an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager looking for a new challenge with highly successful main dealer?
Your duties will include:
* The day to day running of the Service & Parts Department
* Be able to lead a team of Service Advisors and parts advisors and a team of Technicians
* To maintain CSI levels to a very high standard
* Maximise profitability of the department
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager you must be customer focused to a high standard, possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be forward thinking to drive the business forward. You must be target driven and confident in up-selling additional works and products to your customers. A positive and ‘can do’ attitude is essential.
You must be IT literate, be able to lead and supervise your team and possess a full UK driving licence.
