Head of Retail - South of England Discount Fashion Brand Location: South of England (Regional role with regular travel) Reporting to: Retail Director The Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Retail to lead and grow our store estate across the South of England. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for sales performance, operational excellence, people development, and brand standards across a large, multi-site retail portfolio. You will play a critical role in driving profitability in a high-volume, value-led fashion environment, ensuring our stores deliver outstanding results while remaining true to our customer promise.
