If you are interested, Future Electronics wants to hear from you! We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA team at our Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey.
Job Outline:
To provide high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive analytical support and organizational assistance within the EMEA Human Resources Team. Due to the sensitivity of data, confidentiality is essential. The role involves analyzing and computing compensation data, making recommendations based on findings, conducting research, and participating in special projects. Opportunities also exist to engage in other HR analytical activities within and outside of EMEA to support report development and productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR data reporting, analysis, and project support to the HR lead and business, ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and reporting on confidential HR data according to deadlines.
2. Develop and maintain an effective reporting suite and a pan-EMEA dashboard for analytics and metrics to support HR strategy and foster a high-performance culture.
3. Troubleshoot data and reports, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
4. Support ongoing monitoring of HR and Reward metrics.
5. Manage data for annual pay and monthly processes, including benchmarking, analytics, reporting, and modeling.
6. Maintain the EMEA compensation database, verifying monthly data from payrolls.
7. Provide regular HR and compensation reports to support business understanding in areas like cost management, engagement, and tenure.
8. Offer insights and recommendations for business modeling enhancements.
9. Manage salary survey participation and benchmarking databases, analyzing results to maintain competitiveness.
10. Conduct confidential compensation research, analyze data, and make recommendations.
11. Ensure data accuracy and compliance through analysis of PeopleSoft data.
12. Generate reports and compile information for executive management.
13. Support presentations to the EMEA leadership team.
14. Coordinate with relevant departments, understanding systems, processes, and data points to support initiatives.
15. Compile time and attendance reports to support business activities and performance metrics.
16. Manage monthly executive reports as required by WW head office in Montreal.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree educated with 5-10 years’ experience working with data in a commercial environment.
* Proactive with excellent multitasking skills and initiative.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to confidentiality.
* High literacy, numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Access, PowerBI, Excel, including Visual Basic and SQL.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
