Job Title: Cleaner
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 10 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order while meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including timing of work and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Successfully complete all required training for the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and take initiative where appropriate.
- Build positive, productive relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Basic English communication and reading ability.
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
- Flexible, open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
