The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join their Manufacturing Engineering team.
You will lead a small team of Electronics Manufacturing and Test Engineers/Technicians and manage projects supporting the introduction of new products, processes, and automated test systems.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small team of Electronics Manufacturing & Test Engineers/Technicians Deliver new products, processes, and automated test equipment into manufacturing Design, develop, validate, and document automated test and verification systems Support manufacturing through structured fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and robust corrective actions Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and external suppliers Essential Skills & Experience Advanced electronic and electrical design expertise Experience designing circuits and PCB layouts for test and programming equipment using modern CAD tools Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability on high-sensitivity electronic xxuwjjq assemblies Experience within a technical manufacturing or electronics engineering environment This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of advanced electronics manufacturing capability within a respected and growing engineering business.
