Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Consultant
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support our global client on an initial 6 month contract paying Inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and support Workday HCM Core modules
* Lead and support Workday implementations and enhancements
* Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs
* Provide functional expertise across Recruiting and Talent modules
* Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (nice to have)
Required Experience:
* Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core
* Experience across Recruiting and Talent modules
* Proven background as a Workday Functional Consultant
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have:
* Experience working with Workday integrations
* Workday certifications (preferred but not essential)
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the London office
