We're seeking a self-motivated and experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team. You'll play a key role in all maintenance activities. scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring our customer's aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.

Reports to: Base Maintenance Manager
Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-18:15, Friday 07:00-14:30

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out aircraft maintenance and inspection in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and published procedures.
* Lead and supervise a team of Technicians and Mechanics during base maintenance checks.
* Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
* Keep Bay Managers and Production Planners informed of progress and potential issues.
* Maintain high standards of hangar housekeeping and FOD prevention.
* Manage aircraft component's correct storage, labelling, and serviceability.
* Recommend improvements in processes, efficiency, and morale where appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards.
About You
Essential
* Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience (including 3 years in base maintenance).
* Valid UK CAA B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's Licence
* Type rating & recency on: Boeing 737NG / 737CL / 757 / 767 or Airbus A320 Family
