Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary:Permanent Salary £58,569-£64,691 (L6-L10) - Temp Salary negotiable, approx £225 - 275 per day.

The role:
As our new Deputy Head Teacher, your role will be to passionately and enthusiastically work closely alongside the Head teacher to deliver the schools strategic vision. You will also lead manage and deputise for the Headteacher on site and off site as and when required as well as occasionally carrying out the professional duties of a class teacher as required.
Key Duties:
1. To deputise and undertake overall responsibility for the school in the absence of the Head Teacher and on any other occasions where required.
2. Toact as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) ensuring the school is compliant with all statutory responsibilities and that staff receive the appropriate training and supervision.
