This stylish and elegant hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team, working alongside a talented Head Chef. The role offers opportunities for development and team growth.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key team member, leading a section in the kitchen to produce high-standard dishes and inspire your team through your passion for food and creativity.
Main Duties:
1. Plan and manage the daily operations of your section to meet service standards.
2. Maintain health and hygiene standards.
3. Supervise and lead a team of Commis and Demi Chefs.
4. Ensure food conformance through sampling, smelling, and observing.
5. Assign tasks to team members and oversee their execution.
6. Manage stock requisitions and transfers with the Sous Chef to ensure high stock rotation.
Requirements:
* NVQ Levels 2 & 3 (or equivalent).
* Experience in an AA Rosette establishment.
* Background in hotels or restaurants.
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles.
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
