Quality & Compliance Administrator
£12.79 per hour | 4 on 4 off – 6am to 6pm

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established logistics operation, for a Quality & Compliance Administrator to join their warehouse team on a temp‑ongoing basis with immediate starts available.
This is a hands‑on, site‑based role ideal for someone who is detail‑driven, organised, and confident supporting quality, compliance, and stock accuracy in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

The Role
You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards across the warehouse by supporting quality assurance, compliance, and inventory control activities, including:
* Carrying out routine warehouse checks and compliance audits
* Supporting inbound quality inspections and quality control processes
* Reporting damages, discrepancies, and non‑compliance issues
* Completing PI (perpetual inventory) checks and stock accuracy tasks
* Supporting stock movement documentation and exception handling
* Ensuring packaging, handling, and storage standards are consistently followed
* Providing administrative support to the Quality and Inventory teams

What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, quality, or compliance role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Understanding of warehouse processes (put‑away, picking, loading, exceptions)
* Confident communicator with the ability to escalate issues when required
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment
* Desirable: Microsoft 365 and/or WMS experience

* Hours: 6am – 6pm
* Pay Rate: £12.79 per hour
* Contract: Temp–ongoing
