Internal Sales / Sales Administrator – Service & Repair Division - Engineering Our client, a well-established engineering company, is looking to recruit an organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales / Sales Administrator to join their Service & Repair division. This role plays a key part in supporting engineers and account managers by preparing accurate service and repair quotations and coordinating internal sales administration. Key Responsibilities: * Review job sheets to gather information required for quotations * Identify correct part numbers and components for service and repair work * Liaise with engineers to understand job scope and technical requirements * Prepare and submit quotes to Account Managers for client communication * Maintain accurate records of quotes, parts, and job-related information * Provide general administrative support to the service team Candidate Requirements: * Experience in an internal sales, sales administration, or technical coordination role * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to interpret technical job sheets and part lists * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Engineering or technical background is desirable but not essential * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems Benefits: * Competitive salary * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Career development and training opportunities * Supportive working environment within a stable and reputable company
