Here´s what your responsibilities in the role would look like:
* Lead, develop and empower the UK finance team to deliver timely and accurate invoicing with related credit control whilst fostering collaboration and support professional growth
* Reporting to Country Manager with a dotted line to regional CFO
* Produce monthly financial and management accounts for Country Manager, Regional Management and Group
* Prepare financial statements under local GAAP and IFRS in SAP
* Responsible for financial planning, budget forecasting and controlling for the UK business in line with Group requirements
* Responsible for year-end reporting and audit in line with Group requirements
* Responsible for VAT and Tax submissions inc. P11D and tax reporting to Group
* Act as a business partner in a rapidly growing business; collaborate with sales, account management and operations in assessing gaps, proactively provide forward-looking transparency on business
* Cash management and treasury for residential heat billing
* Key point of contact with bank and auditors
What we require of you:
* You have 5yr + experience in a finance management role, incl. experience in leading teams
* CIMA/ ACCA qualified
* You show confidence in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical & communication skills and demonstrate high level of interest to process optimization with a problem-solving attitude
* You have a working knowledge of SAP and are experienced within PowerPoint, Excel or similar applications
* You have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to engage and motivate others
* You demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
