A well-established, independent mixed practice in St Helens is looking for an Associate Dentist to join on a part-time basis 2 to 3 days per week, with genuine flexibility on which days those are. What's on Offer £13-£14 per UDA - negotiable depending on experience Approx. 1,000 UDAs per day worked, annually - relaxed and realistic expectations 50% private split with opportunity to grow plan and private work alongside NHS 50/50 lab fees 2-3 days per week - flexible on days, with evenings and Saturdays open to discussion Intraoral scanner, rotary endo, and digital X-rays on site A growing, expanding practice with further investment and renovation underway Who We're Looking For GDC-registered dentist NHS Performer Number Full UK working rights Committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a mixed practice environment A team-oriented clinician who will contribute positively to a close-knit practice culture Newly qualified or early-career dentists actively encouraged - mentorship and FD Trainer support is available from day one About the Practice Family-run and independent - decisions are made by people who work in the building, not a boardroom 70% NHS, 30% private with a longstanding, loyal patient base including families and elderly patients 3 surgeries, currently expanding and undergoing renovation The Head Nurse has been with the practice for 15 years On-site hygienist and a full team of qualified, experienced nurses Principal is an FD Trainer - mentoring, clinical support, and development conversations are part of the day-to-day, not an afterthought Open-door, collaborative environment where clinicians are listened to and valued This is the role for you if you want flexibility without instability, clinical support without micromanagement, and a practice where the team around you has chosen to stay.
