The Role:
The Finance Business Partner plays a vital role within the Finance team, working closely with business units to deliver financial insights that support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Acting as a key link between finance and the wider organisation, the post-holder will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable guidance aligned with operational objectives. They will ensure financial considerations are fully integrated into day-to-day activities while leading on analysis and planning across the organisation. A core aspect of the role involves providing robust business partnering support to the Senior Management Group, particularly in the areas of financial planning and performance management.
