PA / Office Manager - Harrow-on-the-Hill



We are looking for a smart, proactive, hungry EA/PA who’s ready for a role with huge variety and room to grow!



You will be joining a successful, family-run property business with a close-knit team and a genuinely warm, hardworking culture. This is a full-on, hands-on role supporting a very busy CEO, the wider office, and the family household.



This role is based 5 days a week in Harrow-on-the-Hill - Super easy commute if you’re based in Ealing, Acton, Maida Vale, Camden, Swiss Cottage, St John’s Wood, Finchley, King’s Cross or Ruislip.



Immediate candidates preferred!



Duties will include:



Classic EA support:




\t
* Managing CEO's diary plus 1 Director's diary

\t
* Inbox management

\t
* Booking travel

\t
* Taking minutes in meetings




Private PA duties:




\t
* Booking ad hoc personal appointments

\t
* Booking holidays

\t
* Managing household staff

\t
* Running errands




HR admin:




\t
* Onboarding/offboarding + working with external HR




Office management:




\t
* Restocking supplies

\t
* Arranging Repairs

\t
* Keeping everything running smoothly




The right candidate will have:




\t
* Some PA / EA experience already under their belt

\t
* Be a grafter who loves variety, ownership and pace

\t
* Be friendly and hardworking

\t
* Ideally available ASAP
