This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong Learning & Development expertise. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation by shaping learning strategies, enhancing employee experience, and supporting leaders to build high-performing teams.
You will join a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas, expertise and passion for people development will be valued. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, identifying capability gaps, designing impactful learning solutions, and supporting the delivery of wider employee experience initiatives. Alongside your L&D responsibilities, you will play an important role in delivering key HR processes and supporting managers with day-to-day people matters. Our client requires a candidate with strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
