The Role
* Recruit and place teachers & support staff into Liverpool schools
* Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Source talent through advertising, networking & interviews
* Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
* Hit achievable targets & earn commission on every placement
* Gain specialist knowledge of education recruitment
What We're Looking For
* Graduates, ex-teachers, or people from sales, estate agency, customer service, or call centres
* Confident communicators with strong organisation skills
* Resilient, proactive, and motivated by goals
* Passion for education and making a positive difference
* A degree is helpful but not essential - full training provided
