Make an Impact at RSM UK
We are looking for a Senior Reward Advisor to join RSM’s reward team in Birmingham. You will play a critical role in our People Team, helping to shape our remuneration strategies, leveraging your strong analytical and communication skills to produce insightful quantitative storytelling.
This role involves supporting the annual cyclical reward programs, including benchmarking and gender pay gap analysis, and developing the RSM Job Architecture framework.
You will ensure our compensation plans are competitive and equitable, driving key reward initiatives and providing expert advice on employee benefits.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Contributing to the development and implementation of remuneration strategies that align with the company's goals and market trends.
* Supporting the annual bonus and salary review cycles taking a critical role in ensuring a smooth delivery of service to our internal stakeholders.
* Acting as a trusted expert, advising People Team colleagues, employees, and management on benefits and reward policies.
* Ensuring all reward practices comply with legal and statutory requirements.
What we are looking for:

* Demonstrated experience in a Senior Reward Advisor role with little supervision required.
* Proficient in creative writing and internal communications.
* Competent project management skills.
* Advanced numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets that supports actionable insights.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with experience in PowerBI and Workday being desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of the employee total rewards market and current trends.
