Responsibilities
* Daily management of the assigned customers
* Order processing and scheduling deliveries
* Liaising with the Sales team
* Monitor orders and verify deliveries
* Build excellent relationship with the customers
* Provide product knowledge
* Update on orders and contracts
* Providing customer support and ensure resolution for any queries or complaints
* Providing support to the Sales team
* Any ad hoc admin duties to support where necessary
Skills
* 1 year of office based experience in a customer focused role
* SAP user or Power Bi or advanced Excel user
* Have strong MS office package skills
* Excellent communicator
