* Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office)
* Up to £94,000 per annum
* Role focus on driving digital best practice across multiple markets, analysing every aspect of the internal digital ecosystem.
(Although this role is centred around media planning, this role will not be direct crafting digital plans or strategies).
A well-known high street retailer is in the process of expanding their in-house media operation, with a centralised global team based here in London. To continue their expansion plans, they are looking for a Global Digital Media Lead to come in and oversee all digital operations.
As this team is a centre-of-excellence, the opportunity is not directly correlated to building digital media plans but looking at the overarching digital operational strategy, cementing relationships with key technology vendors from programmatic trading through to measurement and brand safety.
Knowing how to build digital best practices and smooth processes is going to be key in helping scale this team. Working in tandem with your local digital teams and your external agencies, you'll seek to drive better efficiencies and drive high quality digital focused media planning.
Some of the key skills they are looking for are as follows:
* Advanced understanding of the global ad-tech landscape: DMP/CDP/Google ecosystems to monetise audiences.
* Deep knowledge of using 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data, working to develop the in-house teams capabilities across walled-gardens (Google/Facebook/Amazon/Snap Chat/TikTok/LinkedIn)
* Experience working directly with ad verification tools (For example. MOAT, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify).
* Experienced in Search, Social, Display, Programmatic & Video.
