Since opening in February 2018 we've received both local and national accolades and our reputation grows from strength to strength. We're currently recruiting for a full time supervisor to join our family.

Duties & Responsibilities
* To assist the manager and assistant manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
* Greeting and serving guests, making them feel relaxed and at ease and anticipate their needs in order to consistently exceed expectations.
* Providing customers with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all food and drink items on the menu
* Assist with updating the EPOS till system with new products when necessary
* Ensuring wet stocks are kept to a minimum stock level and are stored in the correct place at all times. Placing weekly wet stock orders.
* Staying in control of resdiary bookings, ensuring all bookings are made correctly. Ensuring card details are provided for all bookings and cancellations are filled in a timely manner.
* Ensuring weekly housekeeping checklist gets completed & taking responsibility of the cleanliness of the restaurant. Dealing with any maintenance tasks or communicating these to senior team to get completed.
* Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
* Inspiring, motivating and leading a team of front of house staff
* Assist with training of junior & casual staff
* Dealing with booking requests & keeping on top of the Socius inbox at all times by replying to all necessary emails.
* Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
