Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities This role is critical for the precise execution of retail strategies, ensuring all in-store activations are delivered on time, right first time, and maintained to the highest standards. Execution and Quality Control: Ensure all executions & promotions land on time and right first time. Ensure Execution is delivered right first time and is maintained to perfection. Support the Development and Delivery of an innovative Retail Experience. Assist in maintaining store layouts, displays and messaging to maximise visibility and customer engagement. Retailer & Space Management: Represent and Promote Samsung Home Entertainment & Appliances to Retail Customers to ensure the strongest share of voice for Samsung within the category. Work to ensure the space agreed is in the very best footfall traffic areas to ensure optimal and maximum visibility. Project Coordination & Efficiency: Drive efficiencies and innovation across the operation to reduce cost. Develop internal relationships within the Division, SEUK, and with subsidiaries across Europe to drive efficiencies within projects. Maintain a robust rhythm and routine to ensure stakeholders across SEUK / Europe & Suwon are aligned to all activity. Have the ability to plan ahead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines. Strategy Support: Support efforts to Influence and shape Global plans by developing strong relationships with the Suwon team. What we need for this role The successful candidate will demonstrate a relentless focus on execution, detail, and problem-solving, along with strong collaborative skills. Skills and Attributes: A forward thinker, not settling for mediocrity and ensuring no stones are left unturned. In-depth knowledge of shopper journey and store layout. Proven project management skills. Able to manage multiple, high profile tasks. Passion for detail and delivery. Solution based thinker. Able to communicate with & present to Senior stakeholders. Proven knowledge of insight and ability to turn insight into action. Ability to track Analytics (Sales Trends/IHS). Strong negotiation skills, strong numerical skills, and budget management capability. What does success look like? Success is defined by delivering the in-store experience right, maximizing retailer relationships, and utilizing consumer insights to drive quality. Consistent delivery against the role's key responsibilities. Reducing cost, whilst improving the in-store experience. Building internal and external relationships to drive forward Experience and Execution. Ensuring the consumer's input is incorporated into every activation Development and Growth This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and career progression. You will gain exposure to: Working directly with Senior retail leaders and managers Learning how to balance operational delivery with strategic impact Developing further project management, stakeholder management and retail insight and analytic skills.
