The Role
Owing to the expansion of our dining offer, we are recruiting for an experienced and customer centric Junior Sous Chef to come and join our kitchen team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* The role will involve all aspects of working in a busy kitchen, to serve exceptional food to a restaurant with over 150+ covers.
* Supporting the Exec Chef and Sous Chef chefs in delivering food excellence as well as kitchen/pass management.

Skills/Experience required
* Minimum of 5 years CDP/Sous Chef experience in a premium fast paced/high cover environment similar to Weetons Leeds Road,
* Relevant cookery qualifications / training
* Level 2 Certification in Health & Hygiene
