The Role
As an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you'll play a vital role in delivering materials safely and efficiently to customers across the region. You'll be representing both Class 1 Personnel and our client, providing a professional and reliable service at every delivery point.
Your Responsibilities
* Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle and HIAB crane in accordance with all legal and company requirements
* Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
* Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customer sites
* Operate HIAB equipment confidently and safely
* Complete delivery paperwork and compliance documentation accurately
* Provide excellent customer service at every delivery location
* Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements
* Manage delivery schedules and routes effectively
What We're Looking For
* Full UK Category C (Class 2) Licence
* Valid HiAb Certificate
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* No more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsements
* Previous Class 2 and HiAb driving experience preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude
* Strong timekeeping and work ethic
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors when required
