We’re working with a fast-growing luxury goods brand that’s redefining how people create, buy, and connect in the digital age. They’re now hiring a Brand Marketing Manager, someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and creatively bold - to take full ownership of brand campaigns, content, and storytelling.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a modern luxury brand expresses itself across every channel. You’ll work directly with the Founder and Head of Growth, leading multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, PR, content, and influencer marketing. This isn’t a corporate environment - it’s fast-paced, hands-on, and creatively demanding. Ideal for someone who wants to build, not just manage.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead 360° brand campaigns for product launches, storytelling moments, and seasonal drops
* Own content strategy across digital, social, email, print, and packaging
* Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and creative partners (PR, content, influencer)
* Drive performance across paid and organic channels
* Shape brand tone, visual identity, and customer journeys
* Oversee content copywriting and brand messaging across all formats
* Understand and speak to both HNW clients and younger, digitally-native luxury shoppers
* Report directly to the Founder and Head of Growth
Who We’re Looking For
* A hands-on brand builder with experience in luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
* Highly skilled in content creation, digital strategy, and full campaign execution - a true social media pro
* Strong visual aesthetic and exceptional copywriting ability
* Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and self-motivated, thrives without micromanagement
* Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, high-growth start-up environment
