Key Responsibilities Supporting the Coordinator in leading the day-to-day operations of a dynamic OSHC service Designing and delivering engaging, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests Providing guidance and support to educators to strengthen confidence and consistency Assisting with rostering, administration, and compliance processes Stepping in as Responsible Person, confidently leading when required Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for every child Building strong, positive relationships with families and the school community Job Requirements: An ACECQA-approved school-age qualification, including studies in education, community services, health, therapy, sports, or creative arts. Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko). Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations Experience in the education and care of children.
