Repairs Scheduler Salary: £26,208 per annum Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday Location: Office working at our office in Garston, Liverpool (L19 2RF) Contract Type: Permanent Closing date: 28 September 2025 Interview date: 7 October 2025 This role is offered through our Joint Venture with Penny Lane Builders - Avela Home Service - who are responsible for our repairs and maintenance services. The successful applicant will be employed on Avela Home Services' Conditions of Employment. What will your role be? As the Repairs Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional service to our customers relating to our repairs and compliance works. You will effectively manage operative diaries and be responsible for dealing with complex customer enquiries by phone, email, or web resolving where possible. What skills and experience will you have? You will have a good standard of general education including Maths and English (grace C/4 or above), and you’ll have experience of working within a Contact Centre environment, scheduling and allocating repair work to maximise efficiency. You’ll have strong knowledge of social housing, repairs and maintenance, and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
