Job Description
* Assist with various production tasks, learning the process from start to finish.
* Learn the principles of efficient production processes and equipment operation.
* Develop strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Build teamwork and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
* Gain exposure to different aspects of the production cycle, from raw materials to finished products.
* The successful candidates will undertake an apprenticeship programme, undertaking a BTEC Level 3 qualification in engineering, along with a Level 3 NVQ in Process Industry Operations via the local college.
Qualifications
* A minimum 5 A-C grades at GCSE, including Math's, English and Science.
* A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
