Our client, a Tech-led business whom are on a mission (and succeeding!) in disrupting the parking industry, are looking to recruit a driven, experienced Sales Account Manager to join their growing business. Working on a hybrid basis (2/3 days a week in the East Croydon office, with the remainder from home/meeting with clients), this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client have been established for 10 years, however have really been in growth/scale-up phase for the last 2/3 years - doubling their headcount to 50 FTE across the last 12 months. Their aim is to transform parking into a seamless, automated experience to pave the way for more sustainable cities, and they have won countless awards over the last few years - notably a place among Deloitte's Top 50 Fastest Growing Techpanies in the UK. Due to their growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to join their client-focused Account Management team of 3 FTE - both growing existing, and developing new, business. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and growing client relationships to secure contract renewals and long‑term partnerships
- Strengthening client engagement through activemunication, trust-building, and outstanding service
- Managing enquiries, addressing client needs promptly, and ensuring high satisfaction across all accounts
- Visiting clients on-site as required, nurturing stronger relationships and understanding site-level needs
- Identifying upsell opportunities across client portfolios to maximise revenue and value
- Requesting referrals, introductions, and leveraging client networks to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborating with the Sales andmercial teams to support lead generation and proposal development
- Contributing to building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Supporting proposal writing, value propositions, and pitch preparation as part of the sales cycle
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience of working within an Account Management capacity
-fort (and experience) in both growing existing client spend and generatingpletely new business
- Proven ability to engage clients strategically
- Experience of exceeding sales targets- Strongmunication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to influence stakeholders
-petency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
- Ability to pick up Tech/CRM quickly
- Full, clean UK driving licence (and own car)
- Fun, sociable personality!
In addition to a verypetitive basic salary of £38,000 - £43,000, our client are also offering the following:
- Generous OTEmission scheme (realistic OTE: £50,000 - £60,000)
